Return & Exchange Policy

Time Frame: You've got 30 epic days from the purchase date to ponder, muse, and ultimately decide on the fate of your glorious gear. Use it wisely!

Condition: Ensure the item is as spotless and heroic as your game spirit - clean, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Return it in a state that would make HandenBalle ancestors nod in approval.

Proof of Purchase: Cling to that receipt like a priceless relic! It's your golden ticket to a smooth and triumphant return.
Return Play-by-Play:

Cry Havoc: Well, not literally. But do contact us to snag your Return Authorization Number (RAN). It's the first step in this noble dance of return.
